Rottnest Express supports local families to travel to Rottnest by offering free travel for WA local kids aged 4 to 12 when you join the Quokka Club. Please note that the admission fee is still payable.
How to redeem
- Bookings are essential prior to travel.
- Voucher can be used to book online at www.rottnestexpress.com.au/redeem
- Vouchers must be entered in the 'I have a prepaid voucher' section
- 1 Serial Code provided per page p/p
- Tickets will be emailed to guest upon completion of booking
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
- Please note that once you have selected your ferry times, your voucher number and booking is considered temporarily confirmed, at this time you will have 30 minutes to complete your ferry booking.
- If you don’t confirm your details during this time, your voucher number will be held against this booking for an additional 30 minutes. In order to re-start your booking with the same voucher number you will need to wait at least 1 hour before you can book again online. If you experience further issues, please contact our Reservations Team on 1300 467 688 who will assist you.
