How to redeem

Present your voucher at the gate for entry.
Glass bottom boat and Behind the Scenes tours require bookings, please call the booking team on (08) 9447 7500 to book your time. Bookings can also be done through https://aqwa.rezdy.com/catalog/449401/neat-ideas please follow instructions and enter the voucher number from your PDF in the "Add Promo code / Voucher" section during checkout process.

Terms and Conditions

Infants aged 0-2 are free when accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian.
Children under 14 years of age cannot gain entry unless they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over.
Children aged 3 -12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the entirety of the Behind the Scenes tours
Valid any day from 9am-4pm (except Christmas Day).
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
Please keep your emailed receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase in case you lose your admission ticket.
