How to redeem
- Present your voucher at the gate for entry.
- eVoucher can be printed out or displayed on a mobile device.
Terms and Conditions
- Infants aged 0-2 are free when accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian.
- Children under 14 years of age cannot gain entry unless they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over.
- Valid any day from 9am-4pm (except Christmas Day).
- Vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
- Please keep your emailed receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase in case you lose your admission ticket.
Additional terms for Annual Membership products
- Present your voucher before the expiry date at the AQWA entrance to collect an Annual Membership Pass.
- Once received the pass in not transferable to friends or family and the name will be required when purchasing.
- Only the nominated person named on the pass will gain access using the membership.
- Your pass must be shown and scanned to gain entry.
- Annual Membership pass is valid for 12 months and is not transferable. Photo/ID will be required when using the membership card.
- Membership can be used for after hours events that are the same or lesser value to the general admission tickets. Not valid for use when admission is value added with food or extras included.
