How to redeem

• Once voucher is purchased you MUST phone 131102, Monday to Friday 9 - 4:30, selecting day and time and quoting the code on the voucher

Terms and Conditions

• The onus is on the purchaser to redeem the voucher before the expiry date.
• This ticket is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No refund, changes or exchanges are permitted. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the date for which it is issues. Museums Victoria accepts no liability for lost or stolen tickets.
• It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Each ticket can only be scanned and used once for the date printed on the ticket.
• Any student or concession gaining entry to the museum will need to have their concession or student identification presented on the day of the visit. Failure to present your concession or student identification with photo ID could result in the payment of full admission. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and controlled substances may not be brought onto Museum Victoria premises.
• This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket.
• Museums Victoria reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to, or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Museums Victoria to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other Museums Victoria conditions of entry. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license.
• Unauthorised or unlawful resale or attempted resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and so are void. Unless indicated otherwise, price includes all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available).
