Terms and Conditions
An iFLY Declaration of Risk and Flying Conditions must be signed by all participants, if under 18 years then this must be signed by parent/guardian.
Open every day of the year, except Christmas Day (25 December)
Opening hours, 7 days per week 9am till 9pm, first flights at 10am
Please allow 1 hour 45 minutes for the whole experience
Please wear comfortable clothing that fits well under a flight suit
Wear lace up running shoes
Cancellations policy: All flights are non-refundable but can be transferred or re-scheduled up to 48 hours without a fee, within 48 hours reschedule fees apply
Flights are subject to availability.
Flyers must be 3 years old or older.
Flyers must not be pregnant, not be under the influence of alcohol or, not be wearing a hard plaster cast, not suffer from any neck, back or heart conditions or previously suffered from a dislocated a shoulder.
Weight restrictions apply and surcharges may apply. If you weigh between 114-136kg please notify iFLY Staff at check-in, anyone above 136kg is not allowed to fly.
Flyers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
iFLY is a mechanical device which may occasionally require unexpected maintenance. Reservations cancelled by iFLY may be rescheduled based on availability and customer preference, alternatively a full refund will be offered.
