How to Redeem Gold Grass seating is subject to capacity. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to book online in advance at moonlight.com.au. Booking fees apply. Vouchers can also be presented in person for redemption at the box office.
Terms and ConditionsGold Grass eVouchers are valid for use for the 2023-24 Summer season only. Valid for 1x Gold Grass admission to a standard movie session at Moonlight Gold Grass only. The onus is on the holder to use the Gold Grass eVoucher on or before the specified expiry date. Gold Grass eVouchers must be redeemed prior to the end of the 2022-23 Summer season. Refer to moonlight.com.au for final season dates for your location. Not valid for use in ACT. This Gold Grass eVoucher cannot be redeemed for Gold Class, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events including but not limited to foreign films. Gold Grass eVouchers do not guarantee a reserved seat - seating is subject to availability. Gold Grass eVouchers will not be extended, replaced or exchanged and are invalid without an expiry date. Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN details to ensure your Gold Grass eVoucher remains secure. Once the barcode has been used it becomes void. Barcodes cannot be used more than once. No refunds, other than those required by law, will be given after the date of purchase. No change given. Your Gold Grass eVoucher status (including expiry date) can be viewed online: eventcinemas.com.au/giftcard/balance. If a movie session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management due to adverse weather conditions or technical considerations, a voucher redeemable for the same ticket type for a future session in the current season will be provided. In the event that a session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management, ticket holders will be notified via SMS and announcements will be made online and through social media. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through one of Moonlight's authorised points of sale. Conditions of entry apply.
