How to redeem

• - Vouchers can be redeemded online at moonlight.com.au (booking fees apply); or presented in person for redemption at the box office.

Terms and Conditions

• - Moonlight eVouchers are valid for use for 23-24 Summer season only. Valid for 1x general admission to a standard movie session at Moonlight Cinema only.
• - The onus is on the holder to use the eVoucher before the expiry date. eVouchers must be redeemed prior to the end of the 2023-24 Summer season.
• - Refer to moonlight.com.au for final season dates for your location. Moonlight eVouchers do not guarantee a reserved seat - seating is subject to availability. Available for online bookings at moonlight.com.au, booking fees apply; or present at the box office.
• - Moonlight eVouchers are not valid for use for Gold Grass, Gold Class, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events including but not limited to foreign films. No refunds given except those required by law. No date extensions available. No change given. Moonlight eVouchers cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of The Greater Union Organisation Pty Limited.
• - Standard classifications apply. Valid for use in Australia only. If a movie session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management due to adverse weather conditions or technical considerations, a voucher redeemable for the same ticket type for a future session in the current season will be provided.
• - In the event that a session is cancelled or terminated by Moonlight Management, ticket holders will be notified via SMS and announcements will be made online and through social media. Entry may be refused if eVouchers are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through one of Moonlight's authorised points of sale. Conditions of entry apply.
