How to redeem
- Vouchers can be redeemed online or at the box office for a session
- eVouchers can be printed out or displayed on a mobile device.
Terms and Conditions
- Redeemable at the box office for 1 standard admission
- Vouchers are not redeemable for special events where a higher than normal ticket price applies.
- Vouchers are not redeemable for Film Festivals or where a third party has hired the cinema
- Vouchers don’t not guarantee seating as a reserve seat policy does not apply at Luna Cinemas
- For entry to 3D films an extra 3D surcharge will be charged on exchange of the voucher.
- The onus is on the holder to use vouchers on or before the specified expiry date. After this period the barcode becomes void and cannot be used.
